She was very professional and informative ahead of time, so I knew how to prepare. Jusstine hit the nail on the head with several of my key questions. I’m a real estate agent and had a listing that wasn’t selling. It made no sense why this house wasn’t selling. A mutual told me about Jusstine and that she helps clean up property so it sells. She did her psychic healing magic and it sold the very next week. She didn’t even have to come to the property in person so I guess she’s able to do this anywhere all over the world. Me talking to Mia Simone this week was rather like Dorothy talking to Glinda the Good Sorceress (as she is called in the Oz books). She really is MIA THE MARVELLOUS!!!!! I have been in a really dark place in my life, and so Mia ended up spending over one and a half hours with me, because she REALLY REALLY wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. As we hit the one hour mark, I knew I wanted to book another session with her and so I said I planned to come back, but she STILL spent an extra 30-35 minutes with me *AT NO EXTRA CHARGE* because she could sense from the kindest, most loving depths of her soul that my own soul needed to learn more on that particular day/AT THAT PARTICULAR SESSION. It never once felt like this was a business transaction. She wants each client to receive as *MUCH* insight and guidance as she can possibly give them……and the information is conveyed with *SUCH HEARTFELT LOVE* for the person in front of her that it really feels like talking to a GODMOTHER. I had a list of very specific questions, which is what you should bring with you too, in order to get the most out of your reading. In response to Mia (please see my review below): It seems you keep mentioning that I wrote you “2 days” after our appt. I wrote you an email 1 day after our appt simply bc I needed time to process the call. I don’t know how I can make this more clear: I NEVER demanded a refund, nor did I state I would write a negative review if you did not give me a refund. I also did not demand a “freebie” (not sure why you are copy and pasting Yelp’s policies that are not applicable to our situation). When I stated, “I was hoping she would offer another call”, it was a thought in my mind; it is not something I verbally expressed to you. In other words, my hope was that you would not be so defensive, but instead talk to me about why I was dissatisfied with the entire call. If you do not care about customer satisfaction, then that’s all you had to say to me and I would have moved on. As you remember, I stated on the email that my hope is that we can collectively come up with a solution together. So again, if you did not want to talk with me about the reasons why I was dissatisfied, or if customer satisfaction is not a priority to you, you could have just told me that. Once again, I NEVER demanded a refund or a freebie, nor did I extort you. Again, I am not sure why you are making false accusations? Making false accusations against me is what is not ethical here.You mentioned that my call was 1.5 hours. Remember, the night before our call, you stated to me that if we go over, you do not charge anything extra? You stated that you do that for all your clients; therefore, I was not a special case; but thank you for that. Btw, what great cause did you donate to? I would love to know, because I hope it was a dog rescue organization as we both discussed our love for dogs.Lastly, I forgot to mention that Mia threatened to take this to her attorney if I continued “down this path”. What path are you talking about, Mia? Because again, you are making complete and utter false accusations. If you are in the business to threaten or intimidate people, then that is very disturbing to me and I am glad I am no longer your client. I’ve known Megan for 5 years and have had several readings done. She is always spot on (even when I don’t think she will be). Haha…. This past Fall my business fell apart and my life completely changed. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I saw Megan and she told me that she saw me going in a a completely new direction (her words were “a new trade”), going back to school and something to do with the word “Queen”. None of this made sense to me because I had been very happy in my career and had spent 10 years building it; I finally felt like I was getting where I wanted to be, but I took notes (but then forgot about them). none of the things she told me has happened. shes very good at picking up your mood but if you want to go to her to get a sneak peek of might come up in the future, don’t waste your time and money. Someone told me about Megan Le Fey about how accurate and precise their reading was so I was a little skeptical, but really interested in trying it out. Appointment was easy to book online and location was easy to find. Megan is super nice and sweet and I liked her very casual approach. She immediately was able to pick up on everything going in my life and things I have been wondering about, it was mindblowing. I didn’t even have to ask a single question that I had on my list! It definitely gave me a good idea of where my life is heading and gave me more confidence in myself. At $180 for 30 minutes it’s definitely expensive, but I thought it was worth it. I would recommend going at a time when you are going through a lot of changes in your life because I feel like that’s when you get the best reading. I also recommend recording it because she does talk really fast and it’s always good to really absorb everything she has to say.

Let me back up a couple decades…I had a reading done when I was 24 years old that I have always used as the gold standard. Megan has read me a couple times now, and in that very first reading, she reiterated things from my 24 year old reading (I’m now 44yo, FWIW). Mind blown. After Meeting Megan for the first time I went away with the feeling of relief and a feeling of calmness. I had been looking for a job since the beginning of January and nothing was happening. Sooo…. I’m the guy that believes in this stuff… However, I think 99.99999% of these people are crap! Liars, cheat, scam artist, heathens.. LoL. I went because of my girlfriend and my only response is WOW!! This girl is incredible!!! She was spot on with everything! She started my girlfriends reading first. She immediately started speaking. Didn’t ask any questions, just got into it and started telling her EXTREMELY detailed things that freaked me out. When she finished with her and started with me I was a bit nervous, and she brought on all the things going on to specifically describing my office and furniture that I had picked out. Amazing!! I will definitely be going back again!

My new favorite store in LA. Martin & Mark are absolutely amazing & immediately make you feel loved, welcomed & cared for. I came in to purchase an amethyst crystal for my home, and they had such beautiful pieces to choose from. You can tell this store is very intentional with their collection and service, I love how they boxed up my crystal with a little explanation on its healing properties. Spellbound Sky is such a special spot. They have a vide variety of stones and other goodies and everyone who works there is super welcoming and knowledgeable. I found the prices to be reasonable when compared to other similar spots. They also sage your new crystal babies when you check out, which felt like a really nice touch. Can’t wait to come back!

I LOVE this place! The energy there is amazing. A wonderful friend took me and it has become my favorite place to shop for candles and crystals. Martin saw me and sat with me and our conversation left me very enlightened and empowered. He speaks always from love, inclusion and understanding. Wow. I can’t say enough about this place and the people who work there. I became an instant fan, been back many times and have introduced dear friends to this store. The pieces I’ve bought here have become my favorites. Also, you can’t beat the prices on the charged candles. I came here over two years ago. I was in a horrible depressed/this is my last resort headspace. My aura was black apparently. I’m sure it was. I am NOT someone who goes to or believed in psychics. I mean that. I got there and Nico guided me to pebbles and she gave me a reading that was unfortunately very accurate. I had the reading and paid her $1000 to cleanse negativity. Felt nothing and nothing changed. I honestly thought she scammed me! I didn’t know it at the time but this visit saved my life. I saw Nico about two weeks ago. I had face/energy reading. A few things stood out but this one I choose to share: He told me I am the kind of person who, if I like you, I will deal with you. If I don’t like you I have nothing to do with you. I thought this was an odd thing to pick up on. Fast forward to today. Someone I thought was a real friend turned out to be someone who did not like me and pretended they did. Initially I was shocked. Then I rewound the relationship tape. Sure enough. The experience has changed me. Instead of closing off I understand the value in trusting my own instincts and realizing my value. I believe it was Ava who read for me & honestly her reading was spot on for me. I did a tarot card reading & I didn’t tell her much about me at all but her reading was highly accurate. I actually couldn’t believe it to be honest. Sadly disappointed in my experience – I walked in and had a reading by Ava’s daughter, Natalie who convinced me to pay for a $200 full life reading that lasted 30 minutes with a large portion being selling me on a chakra healing and full service package to get rid of negative blockage. Some of the things she said didn’t quite tie together either. This felt like a waste of $200 – I’ve had cheaper readings with others in past years that felt much more in tune with me without trying to sell me on more. Seems like there are a few other reviews who shared this experience. Be careful with who you end up working with. Sounds like Ava is the better person.

So a girl named Natalia did my reading which I’m assuming is the daughter of this Ava? I told her I needed some insight on a difficult situation I’m going thru and she immediately upsold me on a more expensive “crystal reading” for $130, saying a tarot or palm reading wouldn’t be enough. Well sadly neither was this crystal reading of hers either. She assured me this would be in depth and I would be able to ask questions, but once I zelle’d my payment she very quickly mumbled some generic traits that anyone would identify with. During my reading she kept looking at her phone which she held in her hand the whole time and was completely off with her perception until I steered her with more details. She then concluded that in order for everything to work out I would need a “crystal cleanse” for $500 due to my negative blockages. And every time I tried to get further insight she kept circling back to my negative blockages and needing the cleanse service. I asked on two occasions any insight for the future and all she could say was “I see you traveling soon, do you have travel plans?” She would also look past me to people walking by and signal them to try to come in. Very rude to do to someone who just paid you $130. She was cold and eager to dismiss me. She said she was spiritual based but didn’t even wish me well or give me a sincere send off. She abruptly just got up, handed me a flyer and said come back when I want a crystal cleanse. Very dissatisfied. And reading another reviewer’s complaint about her, I see why. I just felt cheated for money.

I like to post review same day and review at a later date. Initial impression is that she is very kind. I found her on yelp after going DTLA. I decided to see if I can find a spiritualist, this was not planned. It was a choice that so far are impressed, relieved, excited and am closer to being a true believer. I honestly feel I was led to a legit spiritualist. She was very descriptive, more than expected. I did not converse with her or tell her anything personal about me. I went to see Madam Dora after hearing a radio ad with her specifically reaching out to me by my first and last name! I gave her a call and she told me she had a strong vision about me that came to her in a dream. However, when I met with her, I was very underwhelmed. She said she saw something about the law around me and that confused me because there was nothing about the law around me! She also predicted that a mystery man, who I’d be turned away from at first, would soon sweep me off my feet. I didn’t believe that either… UNTIL IT HAPPENED! I met a nice guy (I’ll refer to him as “Sal”) only a couple weeks later! I was indeed turned away from Sal at first, because he called me dumb, but then it turns out we BOTH like movies!! He asked me to hang out, which I agreed to, so Madam Dora’s prediction came true! If I were to ever see a psychic again, I would go back to Readings by Dora… I mean, why not?

I saw this shop as I was driving by and decided why not just give it a try. And I am very glad I did. I feel like some psychics probe around and base their readings off of that but Jill didn’t do that and everything she said was extremely relevant and accurate to my situation. She even gave me the answers so something I was struggling with without me even mentioning it in the slightest. If you are ever curious about going to a psychic then you should give Chakra Temple a try.

I had a reading with Jill Sunday, April 10th and I honestly felt such a relief when I spoke to her. She is super sweet and everything she told me was so on point with everything that is currently going on in my life and after our phone call, I felt better and excited with what’s to come. I will most definitely be coming back again in a few months for another reading. She makes your feel comfortable with the reading itself and answers all your questions. If you’re a skeptic, trust when I say that she’s gifted. If you need clarity with a situation you’re currently going through or just in general, I would definitely give her a call. By the end of the session, you’ll be happy you did.

To be completed honest my reading was good. She mentioned some things that aligned with what I was going through and advised me to begin praying and believing again. I’m not sure if this is something new since she didn’t mention god, Jesus, or religion last time I saw her but she did this time. Anyway, I think she is super sweet and kind (at least to me). My reading took over an hour and again, a lot of it was her trying to direct me back into faith. We also spoke shortly about my career and about my current relationship.My friend went in after I did and about 15 minutes later I hear them coming out of the room and her rushing us out. I don’t know what happened but my friend said his reading was very awkward and vague. He’s definitely not going back and even wanted to report her but idk if that’s necessary.She did not charge him which I guess was a plus but I was so sad to see him get a different experience than I did. I texted her to see if maybe she had an emergency or something but I didn’t get a response.Super sad because she was so great last time.

I have been frequenting the Green Man for several years. The store offers some wonderfully unique candles. My favorite is the Mercury RX Reversal candle. The classes and rituals are mystical & magickal. I love the vision quests with Griffin. I have also attended sabbat rituals and festival held by the Temple of Ced which were life altering.

This is my local “go-to” apothecary, workshops, reading & all things spiritual store! I love the outside entrance. Very mystical and enchanting, hidden on Lankershim Blvd just north of Burbank Blvd. The minute you walk into the tiny storefront you will be greeted with friendly employees and amazing items. It’s my kinda “candy store!” Adorned with beautiful crystals, candles, statues, incense, jewelry, oils, herbs, books and so much more! They offer workshops online and in person. Don’t let the front room of the store fool you. It goes further back where they have a room for workshops and a second floor where the “real work” happens. (Readings, tea leaf readings, tarot and psychic) They prefer appointments but you can walk in. (You may have to wait a bit) I have taken several workshops here and have learned and grown so much in my craft! *Check out their website for workshop schedules. Sign up for their newsletter!!! Very informative on what is going on at the store. Monica, Shana, Griffin, Jay and Diane are just a few of the fabulous people who work here. One of the managers (Jerel) is a well of knowledge & very amicable. The ppl are friendly & very willing to assist & educate with any questions. Clearly their aim is to help u with the needs of ur journey, not to make a sale.There r readings available upstairs in private rooms. The ambiance coincides with the aura of their products. It feels like a “safe place.”Easy street parking with no fees.(Nice restaurants down a few blocks on Magnolia, recommended by the manager.)

Some of the people who work there are nice and helpful but the married couple who runs it are not. They are not very welcoming or nice to their customers. Usually I haven’t had to deal with them but post covid and Hollywood strikes they let a lot of people go and customer service has gone down hill. If you like someone there try to get their direct contact so you can just go to them directly, they make more money and you pay less and avoid supporting the overhead of the jerk owners.

I was recommended by a client of mine to get a reading done at the green man store due to certain circumstances and she directed me to Brandon.. lets just say he’s AMAZING. Over the course of the past two years he’s seriously has been a huge help. He’s truly gifted and makes you feel so comfortable when it comes readings. I’ve been wanting to write a review about this place for a few years now, and have been unsure to do so since my last reading with one of the readers named Tommy left me traumatized. It’s taken me 3 years to speak up about it.I was referred to Tommy through my friend / roommate at the time during the pandemic. On our initial call, Tommy seemed like a nice person very engaged and ready to dive in to our reading. Since his energy seemed good, I continued to do a readings with him every three to four weeks for about 7 months.I engaged in readings with Tommy around my living situation, family, and career. Towards the tail end of our reader/client relationship was when things really took a turn. I had been working for months on a project that was a few weeks away from launching and he had suggested that I purchase a “solar blast candle” for the success of this project. He then referred me to Monica from The Green Man Store who specializes in making these candles. And since I did not live in LA, I had my friend who was going home for the weekend pick it up for me. A few days later, the candle was in my possession and ready for me to light up. Upon pulling the glass jar container out from the paper bag, I see a yellow candle inside the jar with an interesting half rainbow made of glitter slapped across one side of the candle and herb like seeds coated the bottom of the jar with a very strong alluring smell made of essential oils and fennel seeds.I was now ready to light the candle but something in my gut did not feel right so I took a second to think about it. I picked up the candle to took a closer look and what I notice was shocking to me. The glitter half rainbow appeared to be covering the actual picture of a phallus (penis) etched into the candle hidden behind the rainbow facade and was pointed downwards with little lines coming out of the tip of the phallus shooting towards the seeds. By now, my gut and senses were definitely unsure about the intention of this candle, which brought me to my next step was to ask Tommy what this candle is about and why there was a hidden phallus and lines (representing sperm) behind the rainbow. I texted him the next day and he responded with a audio message back. His response seemed to be a little distant and tone of voice was not like how he usually sounded on our readings. So I took it a step further to get clarity and booked what turned out to be my last reading with him.On the call I asked him what the candle is meant for and in his words he said, “it’s like ‘borrowing energy’ from the planets Venus, Jupiter, & Mars.. making you look more attractive like there’s this sparkling energy about you where people will gravitate towards you…and that’s in support of you having a successful project release.” The word that popped out at me was “borrowing energy”. So I kindly said back to him that, “I don’t believe in manipulating other people into liking me or this project. People have free, if they don’t like it, they don’t have to pretend to.” He did not really like what I had to say so he gaslighted me.He said things like, “you’re on the edge of going berserk,” rudely made a spat noise and directed it on my lineage, and even invoke some latin sounding incantations or spell on me. I was totally not expecting this kind of behavior especially after months of reading with him and having shared so much in our readings about myself, my family, and things I’m dealing with. Of course what I shared was in the form of questions and his answers were in the form of rune readings. And from time to time, he suggested questions for me to ask. After that reading, I felt my world went gloomy instantly and it impacted me for over three years. I still have moments when it comes back to ping at me, hence why I’m writing this review to share this negative experience. No paying customer, or person deserves to be treated this way – PERIOD! Be aware folks you won’t know if a spell is being casted on you to like their services or readers.Another thing to note, my friend/roommate who referred me was also doing readings with Tommy before I did. She was dealing with a past ex-breakup that took five years to get over. Tommy in one of their readings suggested that she purchase a cord-cutting candle or make one since she wasn’t living in LA. After his recommendation, she was somewhat frantic and in a hurry to get her hands on this candle and I remember her feeling also iffy about it but she was under some spell. Next thing you know, she lights the candle for 24 hours and a few days later the energy of the house hold begins to feel heavy and the arguments between her and I ensue. Tommy suggested that we don’t burn sage due to it leaving holes in the “energetic fabric” so we didn’t – complete B.S. She ended moving out 2 months later following the lighting of the candle and we are no longer friends. Her and another friend who Tommy suggested the candle to father’s both passed around the same time.

Amazing! Monica Sorce – did a tea leaf reading for me. She hit so many past and present items. The situation was spot on and the future items seem aligned with some things I already know are probable.Monica is very caring and sensitive in her reading. You can feel her resonance with what is difficult for most of us to sense at all. This was a reading looking into the upcoming year.The information stimulates me to think and ponder the past, current and future. It is a way of being more in tune with yourself and away from the noise of the everyday world.I strongly suggest you make the time to visit with Monica.
