Five stars, for being one-of-a-kind and also for being a well-stocked place with a lot of hard to find things — as well as stuff you don’t know you wanted or needed. Very helpful staff, knowledgeable about the various questions you might ask, and things are affordable. With specific items like incense, candles, and things of that nature, there’s also mainly every possible option you could be seeking, which is also great. I couldn’t imagine a scenario where you’d go with a list of things and not be able to find some version of everything on it. Basically every scent, color, and tradition are represented in the stocked items.

Horrible!!Hate the attitude at the cashier.I was late for reading due to unusual heavy traffic, I called millions times to let them know I was going to be late, but no one answered. After driving 2 hours, I was told they can’t take me anymore, can’t even use bathroom, that’s the new rule????? Highly highly NOT RECOMMENDING, horrible customer service! Of course never coming back!

All the staff is so wonderful and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and guide you to the all the items you need. The store has everything you could ever need and more. Even if they run out or don’t carry it they will order it for you. The prices are sooo cheap the location is convenient, two mins off the expressway. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This was a bit of a trek for me to get out to, but wow did it absolutely exceed my expectations. I’d been to a couple other shops like this, but this was the only one that felt incredibly legitimate right from walking through the door. The owner is very knowledgeable and obviously has so much passion for what he sells and making sure the customer finds exactly what they’re looking for. There was another employee in the store, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she went above and beyond to explain all the different products to me, in between juggling multiple customers on a very busy day they were having. She was so sweet and made my experience there all the better.I left the store feeling like it had made my day. Seriously. I can’t wait to go back there. Very reasonable prices as well, with such an amazing selection of unique items of all categories. Can’t recommend any higher, check this place out now!

I’m gonna be really honest towards this review… The store is okay but their prices are too high and they tax on religious items. I will admit they have a wide variety of items for a small store. The last time I went there to get a few items and I was very turned off by one of the female’s attitude; even though she was offering me help, I would rather have somebody else to assist me. She’s the one with the dark black-reddish hair, wearing glasses. She comes off as a nice person but I can sense the fakeness from a mile away. I just kept feeling a weird vibe about her. My boyfriend and I barely come to that shop because we find it to be a rip off… Don’t be deceived by all the 5 starred reviews.

San Isidro is my patron saint for religious articles in Brentwood for Curanderas, Catholic, Syncretic, even eastern stuff. . . anything goes and this store is stocked: Statues, amulets, oils, aerosol sprays, fragrances, candles (luck, lottery, run devil run, velacion de controlling, jinx removing, helping hand, 13, evil eye, death to my enemies, albahaca, lady of Guadalupe, jesus, saints etc. . . they cost more than in the bodegas, but great colors and selection.) Kitch and intrigue aside, the staff is helpful in the ways of healing and there is a psychic as well.UPDATE: San Isidro is now called “Sergios Botanica.”

I went to Catherine back in October 2017 (Sorry for the super late review!). Her reading was extremely accurate and truthful. I did not give her any information prior to my reading and she did not ask any questions other than my name. She was so spot on! She told things that were currently happening in my life and she also told me about what would happen in my future. So far, everything she predicted has happened. I definitely do not live my life waiting for the things she predicted to happen but everything just so happen to unfold in the same exact way she said it would. It literally blew/blows my mind!!!! Anytime something happens that she predicted, I find myself thinking “OMG she said this would happen!”. She is absolutely amazing and has a true gift. I would recommend her 100%!!!!PS: She is super sweet and her office is beautifully decorated. Such a relaxing atmosphere! LOVE!

This woman is an absolute SCAM ARTIST. Do not go here. She attempted to manipulate me into giving her $6,000 as a “sacrifice” that needed to be buried in a cemetery. As someone who also reads tarot and was looking for a second opinion, her readings were not at all what i expected. She gave me a lot of wrong information and even went so far as to put plastic hands and fake blood in a handkerchief to scare me into giving her more money. STAY AWAY.

Catherine truly has a natural gift, meeting her was definitely something I needed at the time that I went to go and see her. She is the most honest straight up person i’ve ever met and in a situation I was in was exactly what I needed. She truly feels you and your energy the second you walk in the door. I never was into anything like this before until I walked in 3 weeks ago and had a program/sessions with Catherine who I can truly say in just 3 weeks healed me spiritually. She will not lie to you she will not beat around the bush and give you what you want to hear she will tell you the truth which is exactly what I needed. When specific timeframes are provided and nothing happens that is not an overextension of expectation on my part. You yourself provided me a specific timeframe in one of our readings and that timeframe came and went without incident. The same situation occurred with the other psychic…and I only reviewed one other…not plural! You explained yourself perfectly with regards to the crystals so I knew I wasn’t getting a crystal from your shop/home. I know what I heard. Before getting my reading done from Catherine, I was struggling with many internal battles. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have met Catherine. Before talking to her I truthfully felt lost. She knew things that I’ve never told anyone and knew things I only ever told my family and super close friends. She helped me reassure my career path and without her reassurance I honestly would still feel lost. She was totally worth the 2 and a half hour car ride to see her. I decided to have a reading done by Alice to get more clarity about my career path. She had great reviews and I was happy that she offered phone readings. I cannot begin to write enough good things about Alice. I first spoke to her in 2018 while navigating a difficult life change and the guidance she provided was immeasurable. An example of this would be that during my first reading, Alice told me that something was happening with my mom, and that she would be OK if we didn’t allow her to cancel any doctors appointments. A month later, my mom called and said her doctor found something strange on a scan, and he wanted her to meet him at the hospital he was a resident cardiologist in – he said he was there on Fridays, so she would need to come in on a Friday. My mom then called and said that she didn’t want to go this upcoming Friday — she wanted to go the next. I immediately thought of Alice, and insisted she go that coming Friday and I would take her. I am convinced that this saved my mothers life. That night, after a procedure I was walking through the hall of the hospital and the cardiologist that worked on my mom stopped me in the hallway and told me that he couldn’t believe that my mom didn’t have a heart attack with the state her heart was in (needed 6 stents) and he said it could have and would have happened any minute and thanked me for bringing her in.Fast forward to January of 2021, I had been thinking of Alice a lot, and wanted her to know the impact she had on my family. I tracked her down online and booked an appointment (I wasn’t even sure if this was the right Alice). I had the extreme pleasure snd honor to meet Lynn Van Praagh-Gratton at a group Reading in Queens New York thru an invitation from a dear friend. There were a lot of people there. Just being in that room gave me a feeling of pure love and peace. Many “connections ” were made with many loved ones who had crossed. During the second half , Lynn asked if anyone knew someone whose name was Larry. I kept looking around to see who this person was and realized that was my brother in law. Lynn continued his message by saying he was married to my sister (gave her name) then said to give her a message. Then Lynn said my husband Ron was speaking and thank me for wearing something that no one knew about and he was taking care of our son. Even my son who passed in January came through. Lynn is a very kind and special soul… I’m not as sure of her accuracy as I was so excited to hear about my dad that I just started rambling… she did however tell me to ask her anything… I was just overwhelmed. I left the call feeling lighter, loved, validated and cared for. I just had a reading from Diana and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. She is really spot on it was a bit spooky (in a great way). She spoke about so many things that have been going on in my life and it was not super vague she was really getting to the heart of my emotions. I did almost little to no talking while this was happening and it was over the phone so she was not picking up on my expressions. Besides this she also has a really soothing and calming way about her. The emotion I felt after the reading was relief. I can’t exactly explain it but Diana just made me feel at peace. I recently got a tarot card reading from Carolina. My girlfriends and I were interested in having our cards read so we were able to arrange for her to meet with all of us. I went to a show in Anaheim not expecting more than being entertained. I left that show with absolute peace and joy he enabled me to have communication with my Mother whom had passed 19 years prior only myself and 2 other people knew the history of what he relayed from her and most of it only I knew some of which I had never spoken of and struggled with my entire life. I left emotional but so filled with joy and knew I had spent 10 min with my Mother Margaret. He has a gift regardless of other reviews slamming his past profession he channeled Margaret for me and I will always be grateful to him.

Wow! I feel like such an idiot for not doing my due diligence and researching Thomas John before booking an EXPENSIVE spiritual circle. I’m usually much smarter than that! I purchased two spirit circle tickets @ $500 each at the end of August for an October 2 reading date. Shortly after purchasing, I started researching a little bit about Thomas and came across the plethora of negative comments on Yelp, BBB about how he never actually holds the sessions and keeps pushing out the dates. I contacted my CC company right away and told them that I thought I had been scammed but we had to wait and see if he actually followed through with any kind of scheduled event. At this point, I was kind of hoping that he would cancel so that I could then file a claim with my credit card company, because the more I read, the more I realized what a fraud he is! A week before the event, I reached out via email because I had never received any information about where this event was going to be held. When I asked for confirmation of the location, the reply was “we actually are securing the venue with documents this week and will let you know”. Strange! The event is a week away and you don’t know where you are holding it? Everything told me intuitively that he would not be following through. Sure enough, 3 days later I received a call from an unknown number. So I used Google screen call service and the message is posted here. It was a lot more long-winded than this, but essentially Thomas’s assistant Bradley Graham was calling me to say that the event had to be pushed out by two weeks due to scheduling issues. Relief, as I now had reason to get my money back! I immediately emailed and said the 16th doesn’t work for me and I would like a refund processed ASAP. Bradley finished the call with “if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call”. Yes Bradley, I do have more questions…..so I called. He picked up and when I told him who I was he said, “you were on my list to call next. Instead of a refund, we have some open spots the day before on October 1 for a private reading that Thomas will do for no extra cost.” No thanks, please refund my money. “You can choose a different date that might work for that reading?” No thank you. Then I said “I’m confused….Thomas is available the day before in Huntington Beach for a private meeting but he can’t follow through the next day and has to leave Huntington Beach when he already has a scheduled event? Why?” “Oh I don’t know anything about his schedule” was Bradley’s reply. “I just call people to tell them when events have to be re-scheduled.” “Bradley, I’m also confused as to why he would not have the event on the 2nd when he’s already in Huntington Beach, but would then fly across the country after an event in Tampa Florida on the 13th, back to Huntington Beach for the 16th. Does that make any sense? Also When I looked at his upcoming scheduled events., he actually has a large event in Dallas Texas on the 16th. So how can he be in Huntington Beach and Texas at the same time?””Oh yes” said Bradley. “That Dallas event is cancelled and has to be postponed. It is currently being rescheduled.” When I told him that nothing on the website says that it’s canceled and you can actually go and buy a ticket for it right now, he said that he was confused and that is not part of his job. I see on his webpage now Dallas is now on the 20th and the HB reading on the 16th no longer exists. What an exhausting life to keep all of these dates straight, constantly changing and rescheduling! I could go into more detail, but at the end of the day, TJ did immediately refund my money to my CC and it just went through. Bradley originally told me that he would refer my name to Carla, who does the refunds and that they would send me a check in the mail. When I told him that I paid via credit card and they can just refund my original form of payment, Thomas John himself called me and texted me and emailed me to say that he would love to refund my money but he needed to speak to me first to get another piece of information regarding my credit card refund. I declined to speak to him and said he didn’t need any other information…. he had everything he needed to refund my credit card. He said “will do” and to my utter surprise, he did! This guy is not trustworthy!

This guy took my money in advance and cancelled on me, at the last minute, THREE times. The third time I demanded my money back. I had to deal with a secretary who eventually refunded me, but I had to be persistent. Note the other reviews here complaining of repeated cancellations.Something is really off here with this guy. I don’t know if he’s psychic or not… my own psychic sense tells me I shouldn’t have any business with him.

Horrible experience – booked a promotional reading months ago and was rescheduled TWICE during the year. After waiting months, they told me they would not reschedule a third time and would send a refund. I sent them my information and, …crickets. No refund. I reached out again and nothing. After looking at all the yelp reviews, BBB complains, and internet fraud complaints, this guy makes a business out of stealing money. He is like the George Santos of psychics. I booked because he had a TV show, so I thought maybe he would be somewhat legit. I made my FB account private so we couldn’t get any info and that is when they cancelled. I sent a complaint to BBB and will complain through other agencies that specialize in internet fraud. I don’t know how this thief continues to steal after all the complaints.

AVOID this GUY. I have had a lot of medium readings, but I have never gotten an email such as the one sent to me, changing the time and day of reading and then justifying selling me a 1 hour reading, but on the receipt, marking it a 30 min reading…..People only use a credit card and file within 60 days…..very disappointing, but I know most of the mediums out there are awesome and helpful. update: Thomas did refund the reading, so thankful.

yes! 18 and over please- if you wish to have someone younger we just ask that there be parental consent 🙂 Thank you

I don’t specifically know what I expected from Dawn during our 45 minutes together. I had never had a face to face consultation with her–but she came highly recommended by more than one person that I know.I was nervous prior to our reading, but she was very disarming. She launched into some of the messages that she was receiving from spirits and asked me by very eerily accurate description to identify them.Dawn did not fish for information–instead, she provided details that neither of my friends who recommended her to me could have known.I received a spiritual confirmation on many questions I had about people in my life–both past and present–as well as some direction and suggestions for the months ahead to give me clarity.I took notes throughout the reading–although I wish I had done so more effectively. There is a great deal of ground covered within the session. I would suggest the questioner prepare in advance to make the most of the reading.I thank Dawn and plan to consult with her again in the future.

If you’re looking for the real deal…look no further. Dawn is a blood medium and she really does speak to Spirit. She knew things she could have not possibly known. She is a fast talker, true New Yorker. I schedule an appointment with her any time I can and highly recommend her. My first visit with her was during a time when I was contemplating a divorce. Everything she said was spot on and her predictions about the actions my husband would take was 100% accurate. Dawn is a lovely person and a true intuitive.

My first visit with Dawn was Oct. 2011 following my brother’s passing. The specifics she gave blew me away. Things I did not know but were known by others were confirmed after the reading. She later predicted several different Job changes for me including an out of state job offer. Several readings she predicted twin grandchildren for me. My twin Grandbabies turn two in March!!! I highly recommend Dawn… she is definitely the real deal!!!

I went to see Dawn about 3 weeks ago & I have to say, she was absolutely spot on. I lost my Mom, my 2 Brothers and my Nephew. Every single one of them came through and was watching over myself and my children. I was blown away when Dawn said you have something of your moms in your bag what is it? I was shocked. It was my mom’s rosary beads. I was very sick in March and she said omg what happened to you in the month of March? I said I was taken to the hospital and put on a ventilator. Dawn said, your mom pushed you back and said it was not your time yet. I truly recommend if your wondering about your loved ones, or your looking to find out about your children and what is going on with there life to go see Dawn. someone told me about this psychic so I decided to give her a try. Major disappointment. Alll she did was go through the letters of the alphabet to see who passed that she could tell me about. Total waste of time. No predictions given. She wasn’t on the ball about anything about me or my life nor she did contact anyone on the other side.

I saw Dawn Joly at Nantucket’s in Port Jefferson on Dec. 11th with my sister in law. She was very compassionate, funny and down to earth. She gave readings at every table and took time answering questions.i got messages from 3 family members one of whom who had just recently passed. I found her to be very credible .

She says a lot of the same stuff to her clients, I would know since my friend and I went different time periods. I do believe she can communicate with the deceased, but knowing a whole timeline of your future, absolutely not and that’s where she scams you. Nothing she said happened and I waited over a year to write a review
